My Path in Therapy
If you’re here, something in you is probably looking for change - or understanding.

Hi, I’m Anna Mirzoeva — a psychologist and certified Gestalt therapist.

I’ve been in private practice since 2018, working with clients in Russian and English.

For me, therapy is a way of living — a space where we can stay connected with ourselves and others, build caring relationships, and bring more presence and joy into life.

It’s a process of becoming more alive, aware, and free.

How I can support you
  • Relationships
Romantic, family, parent–child or work relationships — our connections shape how we live and feel. In therapy, we can look at what helps you stay close without losing yourself.
  • Work, money, and self-worth
Success and fulfilment mean different things for everyone. Together, we can explore what holds you back and what gives your life more meaning and flow.
  • Stress, burnout, and life changes
When it feels like you’ve run out of energy and “just push through” doesn’t work anymore — we take a breath, slow down, and listen to what your system truly needs.
  • Grief and loss
There are times when life simply hurts. In therapy, we find a way to live with both the pain and the love that remains.
  • Dependency and codependency
When care turns into control, or when closeness starts to feel draining — we work on finding your voice, boundaries, and freedom again.
  • Sex, body, and intimacy
Talking about sex can be difficult. I offer a space where you can bring these themes safely, with respect, curiosity, and no judgment.

"I truly love this work.

For me, Gestalt therapy isn’t just a profession — it’s a way of being in the world: with curiosity, honesty, and care.

We don’t have to face things alone. Real change happens in connection — when someone is there with us, fully present".
